How to Face My Week?
A method to spark your motivation...
If the week feels cloudy and unnavigable I suggest: 1. Write a list. 2. Keep it simple. 3. Unlike other lists, title it: "10 Positive Steps" Be sure to make each step: Small. Achievable. Connected to your path. This will help you "see your week". Next: Set out on each task one by one. Do not start one until the last is finished. While undertaking the steps, Keep a second list. There will be blocks! That's good, you need them for the next phase: In the 2nd list: Note difficulties. Capture musings. Record solutions. Pay special attention to how you overcome challenges. At the beginning of next week you will find you have: Moved along your path. Progressed in invisible increments. Learnt that a list is a prayer. Next week: Share the solutions from your list daily.
