Dear friends,
I'm thrilled to introduce my latest podcast episode featuring Yannick Veys, the co-founder of Hypefury.
Hypefury is a groundbreaking platform that empowers content creators in numerous ways, from content scheduling to monetization.
The appeal of X lies in its abundance of ideas, and few individuals understand its complexities better than Yannick.
During our conversation, we dive into various topics, including:
Building a personal brand or solo business on Twitter (X)
The benefit of scheduling content
Yannick's insights on how X is evolving under Elon Musk
Balancing content creation and running a business
Hypefury's expansion, acquisitions, and future features
BACKSTORY
My interest in exploring the intersection between entrepreneurship and creativity began while pounding the icy streets of Berlin last winter.
During this time, I found myself drawn back to the world of Twitter - after a nearly ten-year hiatus.
Initially hesitant, I worried about the potential distraction that another social media platform could pose.
However, Twitter is the place where the business community gravitate on social media so I decided to take the plunge.
The challenge was time.
That’s when I discovered Hypefury, which enabled me to tackle another social media platform without going crazy.
My content approach aligns closely with Yannick's description in the podcast:
An hour for reflection and writing.
Breaking my newsletter into bite-sized chunks.
An hour for scheduling content throughout the week.
A daily check-in to engage, comment, and respond.
Instead of sapping my time, Hypefury has channeled my focus by:
Clarifying my message.
Interpreting the creative process behind my work.
In essence, Hypefury transformed Twitter from a distraction to a hive of ideas.
The most practical result of this mental shift has been meeting many of the people who have come onto my Podcast.
Simply put, Hypefury has greatly contributed to my life and process this year.
I really hope you all enjoy the episode - it’s a bit shorter than usual but jam-packed with value for anyone in either business or the Arts.
Thank you as always for all the support and as ever, if you have a moment to rate and review the Podcast, it’s greatly appreciated!
With love,
Jim
